At C. Jacks, each and every quiche is handcrafted to order. We work hard to make all of our quiche from scratch, the old fashioned way. When we say made from scratch, we mean it. We make and roll out our dough in house daily to create the most flaky, buttery crust you can imagine, as well as dicing and slicing all the fresh, high quality ingredients by hand.

The eggs, dairy, and spices are mixed just so to keep our quiches light and fluffy. You won’t find any additives, fillers, or preservatives in our quiche. There’s nothing frozen, generic, or mass-produced about what we do and we take pride in that. We love what we do and hope you will too!
